LTIMindtree is looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / AI–ML Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems using Data Science, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. What you’ll work on:

• Designing and developing AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions for enterprise use cases
• Building and fine-tuning Generative AI (GenAI) applications
• Working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal models
• Implementing ML pipelines using Python and modern data science libraries
• Leveraging NVIDIA AI stack including NGC, NeMo, NIMs, CUDA, and Jetson
• Developing and deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Containerizing and deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Following best practices in version control, experimentation, and reproducibility

Key Technical Skills:

Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Pandas, NumPy, NLP, Large Language Models

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Deep Learning
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience working in Linux and/or Windows environments
• Proficiency with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Experience with NLP, Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and related algorithms
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Nemotron, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, NeMo Agent Toolkit
• Exposure to NVIDIA CUDA, Jetson boards, and AI acceleration tools
• NVIDIA Certified Associate – GenAI or similar certifications
• Experience working on multimodal AI systems
• Background in enterprise-scale AI deployments
